Tsukiji Betsuin, Tokyo- The International Buddhist Association (IBA) located at Hongwanji’s Tsukiji Betsuin recently celebrated its 60th anniversary on September 12.
To commemorate the occasion, a public lecture was conducted by Rev. Dr. Kenneth Tanaka, professor in the Faculty of Contemporary Society at Musashino University.  The IBA has been conducting monthly gatherings beginning in 1949, offering a place for sangha members to listen to the Dharma in English.
