Mochiko Chicken

Ingredients
3 lbs Chicken cleaned
2 Tbs All Purpose flour
4 Tbs Cornstarch
4 Tbs Mochiko (sweet flour made from glutinous rice)
4 Tbs Granulated Sugar
5 Tbs Soy sauce
1 Tbs Chinese Oyster sauce
2 Eggs
Optional
Chopped green onions
7 Tbs Seasame seeds; to taste
Instructions
- Clean boned chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix all ingredients and chicken in a large bowl, coating the chicken well with the mixture.
- Marinate for two or three hours.
- Fry the coated chicken in a large skillet as you would with normal fried chicken until golden brown.
- Drain oil off of fried chicken.
- Serve hot.
